Here are a few of the projects that we have been a part of over the years.

Doheny
Library
Location:USC
Historical restoration (matching and
blending existing) and general painting / wallcovering work
throughout.
Most difficult aspect - inpainting historic areas that were patched
or water stained not to compromise the historic value by going
outside patch or stain.

Union
Station
Location - Los Angeles
Historic restoration and refinishing.
Completed in 2000. Most difficult aspect - scaffolding height working
around public access. The consolidation of existing paint and
documentation of existing surfaces.

Universal
Studios
Terminator 2 3D
Location – Universal City.
Interior and exterior painting. Completed in
1999.
Most difficult aspect was Pixelized exterior paint consisting of more than
86 colors painted in 2’ x 4’ rectangles over entire exterior stucco
surface.

Law School
Location - Downtown Los Angeles
Repainting of the schools Signature
Building (Frank O. Gehry and Associates design).

Disneyland
Hotel
Anaheim, California
Repaint 3 separate Hotel Buildings in new color,
scheme and design.

American Airlines - General painting and wallcovering of new and existing
surfaces. Location - Los Angeles International Airport - On-going project.
Most difficult aspect scheduling around public access and providing a work
force on an as needed basis for unexpected owner change requiring
immediate attention.
Universal Studios Multi-Use Venue - Interior and exterior painting.
Completed in 1999. Most difficult work accomplished were a series of
exterior facades which gave the appearance of an old time city street.
Each facade was unique and required various types of aging and faux
finishing.
Royce Hall - Historic restoration and general painting. Location - UCLA.
Completed in 1998. Most difficult aspect - restoration of the original
painting at the exterior foyer ceilings.
Powell Library - Historic restoration. Location - UCLA - The scope of work
was to restore the ceiling of the main Reading Room. This ceiling
restoration included a complete dismantling, labeling, restoring,
duplicating and re-attaching of all ceiling components. Our company
in-fill painted the damaged and reused pieces as well as completely
stenciled and painted the new pieces. Completed 1997.
Union Bank - Location - Downtown Los Angeles. 39 story high rise, complete
exterior painting, concrete and metal columns and spandrels.
Shrine Auditorium - Location - Los Angeles. Hydro wash, prep, prime and
repaint all exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors and frames.
Princess Cruises - Location - Valencia, CA. Interior painting, spray
applied multi color specialty finishes, installation of custom wall mural,
installation of prefabricated fabric wrapped fiberglass and tackable
panels.
Warner Animation - Sherman Oaks, CA. Interior painting, specialty enamel
stair finishing, field fabricated and installed tackable wrapped fabric
wall panels, installed direct applied wallcoverings.
